Support Options
Argus offers Priority Support as an option for GPs, Specialists and Allied Health. All other organisations receive Priority Support by default as part of their Agreement with ArgusConnect.
Practices that need assistance from our HelpDesk but are not covered by Priority Support may receive assistance at our ad hoc rates (see main pricing page). ArgusConnect does not offer a free support service but will develop a public knowledge base for assistance with the most common problems.

Priority Support Charges
The Priority Support charges are summarised in the following table:

Practices that are located in an 'Affinity Division' area, whether GP, Specialist or Allied health, are entitled to receive the Affinity Division discount rates for Priority Support. The Argus Affinity program is ArgusConnect's relationship program for Divisions of General Practice - find out more.
