Support Options

Argus offers 'Priority Support' or 'Email Support' options for GPs, Specialists and Allied Health.  All other organisations receive Priority Support by default as a part of their agreement with ArgusConnect.

Priority Support offers problem resolution by phone and/or remote access, plus the following additional benefits:

  • unlimited number of reinstalls and configurations
  • automatic address book update
  • online software upgrade

Email Support is a low priority support service based on client notification via email.  Response / problem rectification is on a first-come-first-serviced basis, with no guarantee of resolution time.  This service is free.
