ArgusConnect Support TeamArgus has a fully dedicated HelpDesk which offers remote assistance to licenced Argus clients. Our Technical Support Team can provide assistance with installing, using and troubleshooting Argus software.

The HelpDesk service is available during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours Eastern Standard Time.  You can also contact us using our online form.

A limited emergency contact service is also available 7:00 hours to 9:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Friday, and 8:00 to 13:00 hours Saturday only.

Not Sundays or Public Holidays.

Our Technical Support Team will also travel to a client's site when remote assistance is unable to resolve problems arising directly from the Argus product.
