Argus has a fully dedicated team providing technical support including remote assistance to licensed Argus clients. Argus Support can provide assistance with installing, using and troubleshooting Argus software.

Argus Support can connect to your computer remotely to resolve technical problems with your installation of Argus.

To access your computer remotely we facilite the TeamViewer quick support application. This application provides a secure connection to your computer and can only be accessed with your permission and can be terminated by yourself at anytime by closing the quick support ID and password window.

The Argus Support Service is available during business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST).  You can also contact us using our online form.

A limited emergency contact service is also available 7:00am to 9:00am and 5:00pm to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturday.

Support is not available Sundays or Public Holidays.

Argus Support will also travel to a client's site when remote assistance is unable to resolve problems arising directly from the Argus product.
