ArgusConnect has a fully dedicated team providing technical support including remote assistance to licenced Argus clients. Argus Support can provide assistance with installing, using and troubleshooting Argus software.

The Argus Support Service is available during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours Eastern Standard Time. You can also contact us using our online form.
A limited emergency contact service is also available 7:00 hours to 9:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Friday, and 8:00 to 13:00 hours Saturday only.
Not Sundays or Public Holidays.
Argus Support will also travel to a client's site when remote assistance is unable to resolve problems arising directly from the Argus product.
