Is installation included in Priority Support?
Priority Support doesn't cover assistance with the initial install of the Argus software. There is a separate cost if our HelpDesk does the installation for you, which you must agree to when you first register for the software. If you have selected to install the software yourself (ie, at no cost) and then find that you need assistance from the ArgusConnect HelpDesk in correctly installing the software, you will be liable for a separate fee for our services as published (see ArgusConnect Pricing).
