You can telephone the HelpDesk on 03 5335 2221if you need assistance with things that are not directly related to the Argus software functions. We will help you with issues such as:
- how to complete the sign-up form
- how to register to install Argus
- how to find your licence key
- how to find your dedicated Argus email address
- how to add a new doctor/practitioner to the address book
- and so on
You will be given immediate support for these types of issues, as they are not part of the function of the software.
