Argus 5 is almost here...

Argus 5, the new version of our widely-used secure clinical messaging software, is to be released in a few weeks.

Argus 5 will have new license conditions and will not be released under a freeware licence. Instead, the licence to use Argus will be bundled with the support agreement on a paid subscription basis.

The cost of the subscription will be the same as the current Priority Support fees. There will be no change in cost.

Further details about the new licensing arrangements are given in the following link: Argus 5 New Licence Conditions.

GP, Specialist and Allied Health practices that already have a current paid Priority Support contract plus those who apply for Argus Priority Support before 15 March will receive the following additional benefits:

  • Credit of one additional month on top of their current Priority Support at no extra cost;
  • assistance with the Argus 5 upgrade installation at no extra cost; and
  • be at the top of the list for upgrade to Argus 5.

You can apply for Priority Support at any time through our web site and we now take credit card payment.

Argus version 4 will be phased out over the next 12 months.

When Argus 5 is released, all GP, Specialist and Allied Health practices that have Argus 4 will be contacted. Those that have current paid Priority Support will be advised how they can book their Argus 5 upgrade.
